Shift
Shift focuses on the adjoining realm of physics and metaphysics, blurring the distinction of form from perception. Exploring the disparity of what we see and what exists, Shift questions the mental construct of time, space, form and boundary through surrealist structures and their representations.

Using interpretations of objects of time as a point of reference, these works regard time as a mere representation of a moment. While originally based on illustrations of gravity, string theory, waves, and other scientific calculations, these sculptures are slightly shifted off-axis to contradict the realist impression of form, space and time.
